The relevance of the study is primarily due to economic variability, in which companies need to review their approaches to capital management, investment, risk and financing in order to adapt to rapidly changing global conditions and ensure sustainable growth. The article examines the impact of major global economic trends, including globalization, technological progress, changes in interest rates and geopolitical instability, on the formation of internal financial strategies of companies. The focus is on the problem of the discrepancy between traditional financial strategies and the modern realities of the global economy, which leads to suboptimal decisions and increased risks. The research methodology is based on a review of current scientific publications, articles, studies, and expert opinions on financial strategies and global economic changes in the world. The research used methods of system analysis, which allowed to summarize existing theoretical approaches and empirical data, and comparative analysis to identify differences between traditional and modern financial strategies of companies. In conclusion, practical recommendations are offered on the formation of flexible and adaptive financial strategies that can effectively respond to global challenges, take advantage of new opportunities and ensure sustainable growth in the face of uncertainty.
