This article examines the initial results of regional personnel centers established as part of state employment and training policy. Key performance indicators are analyzed, including graduate employment rates, employer satisfaction, and the scale of retraining programs. The article focuses on the practical aspects of the centers' operations in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, identifies problem areas, and proposes ways to improve their effectiveness. The study is based on monitoring data from the Russian Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, official statistics, and a survey of employers and program participants. Particular emphasis is placed on analyzing regional specifics and adapting federal programs to the needs of local labor markets. The article's findings can be used to adjust employment support programs and develop new mechanisms for interaction between centers, educational organizations, and the business community to improve the effectiveness of personnel policies.
