This research paper establishes the specifics of using Data Mesh and Data Fabric as a means of ensuring the transition from a centralized data warehouse to a decentralized, domain-oriented architecture. A brief analysis of the history of Data Mesh and Data Fabric is carried out, comparing their advantages and disadvantages. Further, based on these data, an analysis of their use in the conditions of 15 companies in Europe and Asia is carried out, taking into account the possibility of effective use in the future. After all the work done, efficiency, profitability and the positive aspects of their application are established and a conclusion is made about the most suitable system for making a quick transition from one data warehouse to another. It is also predicted that these two storage facilities will continue to be used until 2030.
