The relevance of the research is due to the profound transformation of Russia's digital economy under the influence of geopolitical constraints, technological gaps and stricter requirements for environmental and social responsibility of business. In the context of import substitution and the pursuit of technological sovereignty, sustainable e-business is becoming a key vector for the development of the national economy, but its ecosystem still faces systemic barriers. The purpose of the study is to analyze the current state and challenges of sustainable digital business in Russia with an emphasis on "green" practices, social responsibility and digital infrastructure, as well as to develop practical recommendations for the formation of an integrated ecosystem of a sustainable digital economy. The research uses methods of system analysis, comparative legal analysis, content analysis of current regulations and industry reports, as well as methods of generalization and synthesis of empirical data. The results of the study include the identification of key barriers to the development of a sustainable digital business, updating indicators of digital infrastructure, cashless payments and e-commerce, as well as substantiating the need for comprehensive government regulation, including digital identification, "green" IT standards and support for regional digital platforms. In conclusion, the hypothesis is substantiated that only through the creation of an integrated ecosystem – including technological, legal, financial and educational components – is it possible to achieve sustainable and socially responsible growth of digital business in Russia.
