Digital coordination of transport and logistics ecosystems: methods, mechanisms and current challenges

Abstract:
The relevance of the research is due to the rapid digitalization of the Russian economy and the transformation of logistics processes under the influence of global technological, geopolitical and economic challenges. In the context of sanctions pressure, rising logistics costs and the need to ensure the country's economic and technological security, the formation of sustainable, transparent and integrated digital ecosystems of transport and logistics services is of particular importance. The purpose of the study is to identify and systematize methods and mechanisms of interaction between participants in transport and logistics ecosystems in the context of the digital transformation of the Russian economy. The research uses the methods of system analysis, content analysis, forecasting, social and business modeling, as well as a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign practices of logistics digitalization. Research hypothesis: the introduction of unified digital platforms and coordination mechanisms based on AI, IoT and blockchain technologies can significantly increase the transparency, efficiency and sustainability of transport and logistics ecosystems in Russia. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the comprehensive interpretation of digital coordination as a system-forming factor of interaction between subjects of logistics chains, as well as in the proposal of a digital logistics platform architecture adapted to Russian realities and economic security requirements. The results of the study include the identification of key barriers to digital integration, the systematization of the functions of ecosystem participants, the development of recommendations for improving the sustainability of logistics systems and the justification of the need for the formation of domestic digital standards. In conclusion, it is emphasized that digital coordination should be considered not as a technological addition, but as the core of a new logistics paradigm that ensures the competitiveness and security of the Russian economy in the context of technological sovereignty.
