The impact of information technology on the efficiency of project documentation management in construction

Abstract:
The presented work studies the effect of implementing advanced information technologies on improving the management of project documentation in the construction industry. The main areas of focus include automating work procedures, optimizing communication processes, increasing the accuracy and accessibility of information, and minimizing risks and economic costs. The article provides examples of the implementation of IT tools, their advantages, and the challenges faced by professionals in this field. The main goal of the research is to systematize the impact of IT on the management of construction documentation and to argue for the need to integrate IT tools to improve operational efficiency. To ensure the necessary efficiency in solving modern problems, including those in the construction industry, many advanced Russian enterprises have already successfully implemented information technologies. These technologies are either fully or partially applied to manage a wide range of processes, allowing for faster results.
