Abstract:
In an increasingly competitive marketplace, continuous analysis of a company's competitiveness is becoming critical. It provides valuable insight into consumer preferences and needs for products and services offered, as well as identifies the strengths of competing companies. The purpose of this paper is to explore methodological approaches to assessing competitiveness. It is concluded that assessing competitiveness is an important tool for market analysis and developing a company's development strategy. Each of the methods discussed has its own advantages and disadvantages. The choice of a specific method depends on the objectives of the study, data availability, and the specifics of the business. To improve the accuracy and completeness of the analysis, it is recommended to combine several methods, which will provide a more complete picture of the organization's competitiveness.
