Abstract:
This study provides a fundamental analysis of the evolution of Mineros S.A.'s shadow operations. in the context of the formation of a new global economic and political configuration, where special emphasis is placed on identifying key drivers and barriers to the transformation of illegal business processes, identifying the correlation between the tightening of international regulation and the adaptive capabilities of the company, as well as assessing the degree of dependence of shadow architecture on regional institutional features and corporate culture., This made it possible to form a multivariate forecast matrix of scenarios for the development of the shadow sector in the context of the digital transformation of the global economy and the fragmentation of global markets. The practical implementation of the research findings is relevant for the tasks of improving the accuracy of assessing non-credit risks, optimizing compliance control solutions, and forming a more representative understanding of real corporate strategies in the extractive industry sector.
