Digital transformation as a factor of organizational development

Abstract:
The relevance of the study stems from the need to reinterpret organizational development in the context of digital turbulence, where traditional management models are losing their effectiveness. The purpose of the paper is to delineate the mechanisms through which digital transformation influences organizational development through the lens of dynamic capabilities and organizational design. The methodological framework is based on a theoretical synthesis of dynamic capabilities, platform architecture, and organizational development models. As a result, a conceptual model is proposed, in which digital dynamic capabilities and digital platform architecture serve as mediators between strategic transformation initiatives and organizational development outcomes (adaptability, business model innovativeness), with digital leadership and culture acting as critical moderating factors of this process.
