The article discusses the problem of forming and managing a doctor's professional image as an important tool for attracting personnel to the healthcare system. This research is related to the implementation of the national project "Personnel," which aims to improve the quality of medical services. The article analyzes the relationship between the prestige of the medical profession, working conditions, and the effectiveness of investments in the healthcare workforce. Based on a sociological survey conducted among medical students and practicing doctors, the article identifies key factors that influence the attractiveness of medical practice, including salary levels, career opportunities, working conditions, and social guarantees. Measures are being proposed to improve the image of medical practice, including higher salaries, better working conditions, and increased participation of doctors in public life. The creation of professional development programs is recommended to help doctors feel more confident and in demand. A comprehensive approach to creating a positive image of a doctor can help achieve the goals of the national project "Personnel" and improve the country's healthcare system.
