Abstract:
This article discusses the problem of professional training of employees of the penal system, as well as the methods and ways to ensure its effectiveness. Today, employees are required to meet high professional standards. Therefore, it is necessary to provide professional training in departmental universities through the organization of mentorship in educational institutions, the use of a practice-oriented approach, the application of computer technologies in teaching, etc., as well as to conduct preventive work with cadets to develop their personal resources, recognize the importance of professional activities, and create conditions for the formation and development of their desire for further professional growth.
