Optimization of experimental research costs in the design of residential complexes

Abstract:
The article discusses the issues of optimizing the costs of experimental research in the design of residential complexes based on the use of monitoring data for existing buildings. The effectiveness of the use of operational observations in the reconstruction and modernization of housing stock as an alternative to expensive laboratory and computational studies is substantiated. A methodology for the formation of design solutions based on the analysis of the operational characteristics of analog buildings is proposed. The results of an experimental study are presented, confirming the possibility of significantly reducing the cost of conducting experimental research while maintaining high reliability of design solutions.
