The article presents the theoretical foundations of corporate social responsibility as a multi-layered structure that integrates economic, sociological, legal and ethical approaches to business management. The CSR concept is perceived as a dynamically developing field of scientific knowledge and management practice, which is located at the junction of different disciplines and reflects a wide range of social changes. It is noted that effective implementation of corporate social responsibility requires both a stable institutional environment and a high level of corporate identity, organizational culture and management professionalism. The need for an integrated approach to the analysis of corporate social responsibility is emphasized, which is determined by the diversity of subjects, forms and mechanisms of its practical implementation in business and society. In the conclusions about the future development of the idea of corporate social responsibility, it is of great importance to deepen theoretical research, develop innovative assessment and monitoring tools, as well as develop social responsibility strategies in the future.
