The article examines the possibilities of integrating small-scale agricultural producers into export-oriented value chains in the agro-industrial complex under the conditions of reorientation of Russia’s foreign trade flows. Based on the materials of the Krasnodar region, the current state of small-scale farming and its participation in forming the region’s export potential is analyzed. The main barriers preventing small agricultural producers from entering foreign markets are identified. A quantitative assessment of the export potential of cooperative associations of small-scale farms for key commodity groups is carried out. The directions for developing cooperation that can enhance the competitiveness of small farm products in the markets of new partner countries are substantiated. A model of a cooperative export hub providing aggregation of commodity lots, their certification, and logistics support is proposed.
