The article examines the role of mathematical modeling and information technologies in the development and functioning of modern management systems for organizational and technical objects. It is shown that mathematical models provide formalization of management goals, constraints, and performance criteria, while information technologies create an instrumental environment for their practical implementation. The relationship between theoretical models and their applied use in quality management and decision support tasks is analyzed. As a result, the significance of probabilistic and statistical methods, as well as knowledge management, in improving the sustainability and justification of managerial decisions is substantiated. It is demonstrated that the integration of mathematical tools and information technologies enables the transition from descriptive models to functioning information-analytical systems that enhance organizational sustainability and efficiency.
