Abstract:
This article aims at a comprehensive review of the economic and legal aspects of the crisis in the transport market of the Russian Federation (cargo transportation market). During the preparation of the article, the key economic and legal reasons for its occurrence, the prerequisites that led to such a situation, as well as the actions that the state is taking to overcome this crisis are examined in detail. The applied research methods include content analysis, statistical analysis, generalization of the obtained data, deduction and induction. Among the sources used, special attention is paid to statistical data, relevant legal information, and predictive articles by other researchers. In the final part of the article, three forecast models of the possible exit of the transport market from the crisis and the subsequent stabilization of the current situation in the state are considered, conclusions are drawn regarding the current situation.
