The article analyzes one of the key marketing trends of 2026 — the implementation of agentic AI. Based on data from leading Russian and international sources (SEONEWS, Privet Marketing, Bitrix24, VML and EAEU reports), the mechanisms of transition from generative AI to autonomous agents capable of independently planning campaigns, conducting negotiations and managing sales funnels are examined. Advantages for small and medium-sized businesses in Russia and Kyrgyzstan (conversion growth up to 35–40 %, reduction of routine tasks by 60–70 %) are identified. An original model for implementing agentic AI in EAEU marketing is proposed, taking into account national digitalization and consumer protection programs for 2026–2030. Risks (cybersecurity, ethical issues) are highlighted and practical recommendations for integrating technologies into cross-border trade are given. The conclusion is drawn about the need for a strategic transition to “human-machine” marketing to increase the competitiveness of the economies of Russia and Kyrgyzstan.
