Under the influence of the "30·60" goals for carbon peak and carbon neutrality, China's green finance has entered a new stage of deepening development, and the improvement of regulatory coordination mechanisms has become a key factor in enhancing policy effectiveness. Based on China's current green financial regulatory framework of "one bank, one bureau, one commission, one ministry," this article systematically analyzes the current state and effectiveness of interdepartmental collaborative governance, identifying major challenges: high coordination costs among departments, incomplete unification of the standard system, insufficient tools for quantitative assessment of environmental risks, and the lack of standards for transition finance. On this basis, optimization paths are proposed: establishing unified statistical standards, improving the framework for climate stress tests, forming a system of standards for transition finance, and strengthening cross-border regulatory cooperation. The goal is to form a sustainable green financial regulatory system with Chinese characteristics and contribute to the achievement of the "30·60" goals.
