In today’s environment of digitalization, intensifying competition, and an increasingly complex external environment, corporate culture has become one of the key factors in ensuring the long-term sustainability and competitiveness of organizations. For systemically important financial institutions, the search for effective approaches to developing corporate culture based on the adaptation of best international practices is of particular relevance. This article examines the possibilities of applying international experience in corporate culture development to the activities of Sberbank. Particular attention is paid to the conditions for adapting foreign practices to the specific institutional, regulatory, and sociocultural context of Russia, as well as to the scale and organizational characteristics of Sberbank. An analysis of relevant experience allows for the identification of effective management approaches and tools that can be adapted to domestic conditions.
