Management of the energy system taking into account market mechanisms and climate constraints
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The study focuses on examining the mechanisms of formation and development of innovative clusters in the context of digital transformation of the economy. Key factors influencing the effectiveness of interaction between cluster participants, including enterprises, scientific organizations and government structures, are considered. Models of knowledge and technology management that contribute to the acceleration of innovative processes are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the role of information technologies in ensuring communication and joint activities within cluster formations. The results of a comparative analysis of successful clusters in various sectors of industry, such as information technology, biotechnology and renewable energy, are presented. The main barriers and limitations hindering the development of innovative activity in clusters are identified, including problems of financing, regulatory aspects and cultural factors. Strategies for overcoming these barriers through the integration of digital platforms and big data tools are discussed. Scenarios for the development of clusters taking into account global trends in digitalization and their impact on the regional economy are modeled. The obtained conclusions allow determining the optimal conditions for the formation of sustainable innovative ecosystems capable of self-maintenance and adaptation to changing external conditions. The results of the work have practical significance for the development of regional innovation policy and can be used when planning investments in high-technology industries. In addition, the study contributes to the theory of innovative development by proposing new approaches to assessing synergistic effects in cluster structures. Overall, this work expands the understanding of complex interrelationships between digital technologies, innovations and economic growth in the modern world.
