Improving the sustainability of an industrial enterprise is a fundamental and critical condition for its operation. Modern requirements for industrial enterprises include the need for control, audit, and reporting on the sustainability of the facility and industrial safety. This is also in line with the requirements of environmentally responsible business. By conducting regular audits to improve the sustainability and safety of an enterprise, it is possible to achieve the desired results. This approach to audit and control allows for the creation of a pool of specialists with the necessary expertise in preparing and conducting audits. The article discusses the principles, stages, and structure of organizing an audit of an industrial enterprise in order to improve its sustainability and safety. The article describes the planning and implementation of the audit.
