Development of an integration mechanism for industrial platform participants as a factor in strengthening technological competitiveness

Abstract:
In the context of digital transformation of industry, the ability of enterprises to quickly combine resources, competencies, and technological solutions has become a crucial factor in strengthening their market positions. This article proposes an author's mechanism for integrating participants in an industrial platform, aimed at enhancing the technological competitiveness of high-tech industries. Unlike traditional approaches focused on formal networking, the proposed model is based on a three-tiered coordination system, a digital platform as a medium for operational data exchange, and distributed management mechanisms for innovative projects. The mechanism is based on the principle of a "competency constructor," allowing participants to flexibly form project alliances without compromising their technological autonomy. Criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of integration have been proposed, including reducing transaction costs, accelerating technological updates, and increasing the share of jointly implemented innovations.
