The article examines the concept of corruption. The authors emphasize that combating corruption-related crimes and the risks of their occurrence should become an important element of state policy in Russia. The perception of corruption by young people is of particular importance. Research shows that modern youth does not believe that Russian society will be freed from this dangerous problem. Consequently, state anti-corruption policy requires a comprehensive approach, including education, active participation in the life of society and the use of modern technologies. It should include not only effective mechanisms for combating corruption, but also form anti-corruption consciousness and intolerance to any manifestations of corruption in young people.
