The article is devoted to the study of the impact of sanctions on the financial stability of Russian enterprises. The study of the actions of Russian companies to adapt to the sanctions restrictions imposed by a number of foreign countries is an urgent topic today. The author examines the key financial risks associated with sanctions, such as loss of access to investments, disruption of supply chains, reduced demand and inflation. The study is based on an analysis of the works of Russian authors considering the issues of adaptation of domestic enterprises to sanctions restrictions. The author presents four main strategic approaches to business adaptation to sanctions restrictions. In conclusion, it is concluded that adaptation to sanctions restrictions is a complex process that requires flexibility, creativity and efficiency from enterprises. The implementation of adaptation strategies, increasing financial stability and effective risk management will become key factors for the survival and development of Russian companies in the new economic realities. The purpose of this study is to consider strategies for adapting Russian enterprises to sanctions restrictions: an analysis of financial risks and tools to increase sustainability.
