Abstract (English):
The article analyzes the role of digital technologies in the strategic growth of organizations, emphasizing their key importance in a rapidly changing market environment. The main directions of digital transformation are considered, including the introduction of automated management systems (ERP, CRM), the use of big data and analytics to justify decisions, the use of artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things to improve the quality of customer experience. The importance of innovation and adaptability as central elements of a growth strategy is emphasized. Special attention is paid to a systematic approach to digital transformation, including awareness of the need for change, planning, employee engagement, and overcoming internal resistances. It is noted that the successful implementation of digital initiatives contributes to improving operational efficiency, creating innovative products, strengthening competitive advantages and achieving sustainable development. The article demonstrates how digital technologies are becoming a catalyst for the growth and transformation of organizations, strengthening their position in the market.
