OPTIMIZATION OF THE PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS

Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the analysis of problems and solutions related to the effectiveness of the personnel management system in the organization. In the context of economic and political challenges, improving the quality of personnel management is becoming a key element of the successful functioning of the organization. The main problems are considered, such as the lack of a systematic approach, low qualifications of managers and insufficient methodological support. Solutions aimed at improving personnel policy, professionalization of managers and creation of effective methods of personnel management are proposed. Special attention is paid to the legal provision of labor relations and the creation of a corporate culture. Recommendations for improving the work of human resources services and increasing their role in strategic management are considered. The implementation of the proposed measures will help organizations to increase their competitiveness and ensure sustainable development.
