The project approach in logistics allows you to systematize processes, structure actions and optimize resource flows to achieve specific goals. The article examines the concept of "project management" and presents the author's vision of the concept under study. The article also discusses the stages of logistics project management with a description of the main steps and identifies the main advantages of the project approach in logistics. It is concluded that the project approach to the management of logistics activities of enterprises opens up new opportunities for the economic development of Russia in connection with the creation of favorable conditions for the growth of the domestic market and the increase in foreign economic activity.
