This article examines the impact of government policy on the formation of innovative infrastructure of enterprises, analyzes the concept and structure of innovation infrastructure, highlighting key components such as scientific institutions, venture capital and incubators. The interaction between these components and their importance for improving competitiveness and reducing the risks of innovation are also discussed. The main directions are considered, including legislative initiatives and financial support (grants, subsidies), as well as strategies and programs being developed. Attention is paid to the impact of public policy on innovation processes, examples of successful programs are given, as well as shortcomings and problems in their implementation are discussed. A practical study on the impact of government policy on enterprises is also presented. It describes the methodology of the study, including methods of data collection and analysis, as well as the case stages of successful and unsuccessful examples. Empirical evidence highlights the real impact of government policy on specific business cases. Recommendations for improving public policy are also formulated, the results obtained are summarized and conclusions are drawn about the effectiveness of existing measures, and the importance of education and cooperation as factors for the successful formation of innovative infrastructure is emphasized.
