The article is devoted to the study of methods for evaluating the effectiveness of management of innovative projects for the development of electric transport infrastructure and related risks. Innovative projects in the field of electric transport infrastructure development play an important role in achieving sustainable development goals and reducing the negative impact of transport on the environment. However, the success of innovative projects in any field largely depends on the effectiveness of their management. The issues of the effectiveness of innovative projects in the Russian electric transport market in Russia are becoming increasingly relevant today, which determines the importance of this study. Based on the results of the study, the author concludes that the effectiveness of management of innovative projects for the development of electric transport infrastructure is one of the key factors for their success. Various methods are used to assess the effectiveness of project management: analysis of budgetary, technical, economic and social efficiency. When managing projects, it is also important to take into account the risks associated with finance, technology, the environment and society. Identification and assessment of risks make it possible to take the necessary measures to minimize their impact on the project and achieve the set goals.
