International trade in information technology plays a central role in shaping the modern global economy, stimulating innovation and economic growth. The article analyzes key trends such as the growth of software and services exports, the globalization of supply chains, the strengthening of the role of China and Southeast Asia, the digitalization of trade and a focus on innovation. Special attention is paid to the factors influencing the dynamics of trade, including technological development, economic integration, protectionism, data regulation and digital inequality. The problems of regulating trade in IT products caused by the heterogeneity of legal systems, cyber threats and the lack of unified standards are considered. To eliminate barriers and increase trade efficiency, it is proposed to strengthen international cooperation, develop digital infrastructure and adapt global agreements to modern challenges. Special importance is attached to creating conditions for the integration of developing countries into the global IT market.
