The article is devoted to the study of models and methods of economic management of a multitransport enterprise at the present stage of development of the transport system. In the context of international sanctions, multitransport transportation is becoming an important link in the functioning of the Russian transport system. The author explores models and methods of economic management of multitransport enterprises aimed at optimizing logistics processes and improving the efficiency of the transport industry. The key aspects of integrated management, data analysis and risk management are considered, as well as the practical application of ABC analysis, optimization of logistics processes and economic modeling. It is revealed that multitransport enterprises play a key role in modern logistics infrastructure, providing integrated management of transport operations and integration of various types of vehicles. The economic management of multitransport enterprises requires the use of specific models and methods capable of ensuring effective functioning and sustainable development in a dynamic market and a complex internal structure. The purpose of the work is to study models and methods of economic management of a multitransport enterprise that contribute to the development of transport infrastructure in Russia.
