The article discusses the strategic goals and directions of development of PJSC ROSSETI North Caucasus to strengthen the economic security of the enterprise in modern conditions. The key aspects of risk management, information and financial and economic security, as well as measures to reduce the likelihood of threats and minimize their consequences are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the systematization of risks, the development of effective investment and innovation policies, the management of accounts receivable and ensuring the sustainability of business processes. The tasks of staff professional development and the introduction of modern technologies to improve productivity are considered. A set of measures aimed at improving the efficiency and competitiveness of the company, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, is presented.
