The article is devoted to the problems of ensuring economic security of enterprises through the organisation of effective accounting. In the conditions of digital transformation of the economy, the necessity of new approaches to accounting and flow management aimed at minimising risks and increasing business sustainability increases. Special attention is paid to the analysis of risks and threats arising in accounting, including leakage of confidential information, established data quality control and financial errors. The basic principles of accounting organisation to ensure transparency, accuracy and data protection are considered. Digital technologies such as automation, data analytics and cybersecurity are highlighted to enhance economic security.
