This scientific article presents a methodology for assessing the infrastructural effectiveness of e-commerce. Based on the considered approaches and the proposed options for efficiency analysis, in our opinion, it is possible to improve models and indicators for calculating and monitoring the infrastructural effectiveness of e-commerce based on the creation of a special methodology. The purpose of the methodology is to evaluate the effectiveness of investments in e–commerce infrastructure, establish a link between individual infrastructure elements and the overall performance indicators of the company, and provide tools for adjusting infrastructure management strategies. The presented key indicators allow analyzing and summarizing the results of the operation of assets, as well as predicting the prospects for the development of the company's business activities. Based on the results of the work, conclusions are formulated about the applicability of the methodology and its importance for managing infrastructure resources.
