The article examines the process of digital transformation of business in the context of the modern digital economy, with an emphasis on the manufacturing sector. It is emphasized that digitalization of business is becoming a necessity to ensure the competitiveness and sustainable development of companies. Digital technologies are expected to play an increasingly important role in the future, opening up new horizons for improving efficiency and innovation. The introduction of technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), process automation and big data analysis allows companies to optimize production processes, increase accuracy and productivity, and adapt to market changes. The emphasis is on the need for strategic changes in management, integration of new technologies and employee training to successfully adapt to the challenges of the digital world.
