FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN REGULATING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES MARKET

Abstract (English):
The article examines the foreign experience of regulating the construction services market, demonstrates the variety of approaches and strategies used in different countries. The key aspects of the regulation of the construction sector in the European Union, the USA, the Scandinavian countries and South Korea are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the implementation of environmental standards, the fight against corruption, the digitalization of processes and the promotion of innovation. The importance of technologies such as PropTech, Big Data and virtual reality for improving the efficiency of construction project management is emphasized. Examples of environmental initiatives such as energy efficiency and waste recycling programs in Scandinavia, as well as a transparent public procurement system in South Korea, illustrate successful practices that can be adapted to national circumstances. The conclusion is made about the importance of a systematic approach combining standardization, innovation and consideration of local peculiarities in order to increase competitiveness and achieve sustainable development goals.
