Abstract (English):
The article discusses the specifics of digital ecosystem development in Russia in the context of geopolitical changes and economic challenges in 2022-2024. Special attention is paid to the impact of sanctions, transformation of consumer demand and the need for import substitution on the formation of ecosystems of leading companies such as Yandex, Sber, VK, MTS and Tinkoff. The key areas of development are analyzed: introduction of artificial intelligence technologies, growth of online economy, development of domestic cloud solutions and expansion into Asian and domestic markets. Companies' strategic approaches to adaptation are discussed, including diversification of products and services, strengthening regional presence and creating alternative solutions amidst constraints. Key trends to 2025 are forecasted, including accelerated digitalization, IoT growth, use of blockchain technologies and strengthening of cybersecurity.
