This paper examines the financial control of digital financial asset transactions in Russia, as well as the latest information system in general, from a positive and negative point of view. The main methods of strategic planning of digital financial assets in 2023 are identified. The main global problems identified in the study are defined, which are related to the difficulties of replacing the dollar with digital financial assets, as well as the main differences between cryptocurrency and CFA. The solution of the above-mentioned problems will improve the quality and conditions of the information system in the Russian Federation. Conclusions are formulated on the basis of the conducted analysis of the problems and advantages of CFA.
