The article is devoted to the topical topic of introducing artificial intelligence technology into the business management process. The description of this technology and its technical features is presented. Summarizing the practices of introducing artificial intelligence into business management of various companies, the advantages of introducing this technology into the business management process are revealed. At the same time, the main areas of activity in which artificial intelligence proves its effectiveness are identified, and the management processes that require the introduction of this modern technology are specified. The possibility and advantages of using artificial intelligence in the financial activities of companies, logistics, investment and innovation, personnel management, sales organization, etc. are considered. Special attention is paid to the importance and effectiveness of introducing artificial intelligence technology into the risk assessment process when making a management decision. At the same time, the author recommends specific approaches and methods of risk assessment based on this technology.
