In order to diagnose the risk of an enterprise's insolvency, a rating assessment tool for the financial stability of an enterprise was used. In order to study the most rational and optimal behavior, the characteristics of the anti-crisis competence of the head of the enterprise were presented. Based on the results of the study, measures are proposed in the context of crisis management. It is proved that the main criteria for assessing the level of anti-crisis management of the head of an enterprise should include: the purpose of the head's behavior, the main tasks of the head's behavior, the principles of anti-crisis management, factors of the anti-crisis management culture, as well as creativity and the ability to generate ideas, the perception of non-standard solutions, perception of risks.
