Special-purpose funds in the activities of a budgetary institution represent financing allocated for the implementation of specific tasks and programs that correspond to state priorities and the needs of society. This abstract examines the key aspects of the use of targeted funds, their sources, as well as control and reporting mechanisms. It is important to note that targeted financing can come from both federal and regional budgets, as well as from private organizations and foundations. The study examines the procedures for planning, allocating and using targeted funds, as well as the role of monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of their use. Special attention is paid to the issues of transparency and accountability, which is a prerequisite for increasing the trust of citizens and government agencies. Thus, targeted funds play a key role in the activities of budgetary institutions, contributing to the implementation of social programs and improving the quality of services provided. Effective management of these funds requires a clear organizational structure, as well as mechanisms for monitoring and evaluating results.
