The article analyzes the instruments of state support for investment projects in the Ulyanovsk region, their purpose in the development of economic growth, investment attractiveness and activity of the region. The existing forms of support are analyzed, as well as successful examples of the implementation of large projects and prospects for further development of the system. Special attention is paid to the experience of implementing individual projects and their impact on the socio-economic development of the region. The article also discusses the challenges faced by investors and offers recommendations for improving government policy in the field of investment attractiveness. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the support allows us to develop recommendations for improving conditions for investors and stimulating sustainable economic development of the region. The results of the work can be useful for government authorities, businesses, and researchers involved in the investment climate and regional development.
