Abstract (English):
The article examines the key factors influencing the formation of digital cooperation of industrial enterprises, as well as its impact on the efficiency and competitiveness of business. The theoretical foundations of digital cooperation are considered, including its principles, economic essence and role in modern production systems. Groups of factors determining digital cooperation are identified, including technological, economic, organizational, institutional and social aspects. Particular attention is paid to practical examples of digital cooperation in such industries as aircraft manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, metallurgy, oil and gas, and mechanical engineering. The advantages of digital interaction are analyzed, including reducing transaction costs, expanding production chains, strengthening innovation potential, and increasing enterprise resilience to global challenges. The conclusion emphasizes the strategic importance of digital cooperation for industrial development and predicts the prospects for its further spread in the context of global digitalization.
