The article investigates the distinctive features of inter-organizational cooperation of small and medium-sized businesses in green logistics, taking into account the possible occurrence of objective problems and ways to eliminate them. It is proved that market transformations have an active impact on certain market sectors in which SMEs operate, which initiates the application of green logistics technologies to find solutions to complex problems of local and regional development, capacity building and stimulating sustainable growth in certain territorial districts. The conceptual model of the format of network inter-organizational cooperation of small and medium-sized businesses in green logistics, oriented to regional development, taking into account the main stages of implementation and functionality of network integrators is substantiated.
