This article explores the adaptation of foreign experience in managing personnel training in modern organizations. It provides a comparative analysis of national approaches to professional training, highlighting their institutional and methodological features through the examples of countries such as Japan, China, the United States, and South Korea. The article also performs a qualitative comparison of domestic and foreign practices using a system of evaluation criteria (training methods, performance indicators, organizational motivation, employee attitudes, goals and objectives, focus on development, training formats, and motivation for self-education). The study found that in countries with developed market economies, staff training is viewed as a long-term investment in human capital with a focus on personal and professional development, measurable effectiveness, and a wide range of formats. Recommendations have been formulated for adapting foreign methods, introducing digital educational technologies, and harmonizing corporate interests with individual employee development trajectories in order to increase the competitiveness of domestic organizations.
