ABSTRACT
The relevance of the digital transformation of the sphere of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation is due to the need to improve the efficiency of management, transparency of processes and rapid data exchange between all participants in the industry. At the present stage, the integration of federal and regional information systems is being actualized, which would ensure full coverage of coordination processes, including the possibility of submitting applications in electronic form, processing documents, maintenance of registers and protocols of sports events. The problem of the study is that the integration of the GIS "FCiS" with regional information systems is partially implemented, the functions of the digital platform are implemented fragmentarily, which hinders the creation of a single digital environment. As a research methodology, a survey of the implementation of the functions declared in the work of the GIS "FCiS" was used, an assessment of the degree of integration of the implementation of functions between federal and regional systems. The main results of the study show that the functions of the digital platform are most fully implemented for individual users of the system, who have the opportunity to receive services in the field of physical culture and sports using digital services. For organizations at the regional level, the functions of the digital platform are presented in fragments, most entities operate with limited data exchange capabilities. The study emphasizes the need to improve integration mechanisms, expand the functionality of digital interaction and eliminate technical barriers.
