The article is devoted to the analysis and substantiation of key priorities for the digitalization of industrial enterprises in the context of the rapidly developing data economy. The key priorities of digitalization are identified: data management and analytics, automation and robotization of production processes, integration of value chains, cybersecurity and data protection, as well as the development of competencies and changes in organizational culture. A methodology for selecting and assessing these priorities is proposed, taking into account economic feasibility, technological feasibility, strategic alignment and impact on competitiveness. Examples of successful digitalization of leading global companies are given, demonstrating the practical value and economic efficiency of the approaches being implemented. The results of the study can serve as a basis for the formation of effective digitalization strategies at industrial enterprises.
