Management of Russian-Chinese projects: clarification of the apparatus

Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to clarification of the conceptual apparatus in the management of Russian-Chinese projects. Cooperation between Russia and China in the implementation of joint projects is being actively developed. One of the factors to increase the efficiency of Russian-Chinese projects is the development of project management standards. Standards containing a common conceptual framework promote effective communication between participants in Russian-Chinese projects. Despite the existence of studies on conceptual design management and standardization contained in international and national standards, the legislation of Russia and China on standardization there is a need to clarify the conceptual apparatus for Russian-Chinese projects, but this question has not been studied enough. Author based on documentary analysis of standards RMBEC, RRINCE2, ISO, IPMA, GB and GOST, as well as the laws of Russia and China on standardization using a logical operation definition of concept specify concepts of project management, standard, project management standardization, Standardization system for the management of Sino-Russian projects. The study is limited to the listed key concepts that are most important for participants in joint projects. The results of the study can be used by the state bodies of the two countries and participants of project teams in the development of standards for management of Russian-Chinese projects. Further research may be directed to building a model of standardization of management of Russian-Chinese projects, clarification of other concepts of project management and development of a standard containing the entire conceptual apparatus of management of Russian-Chinese projects.
