Particular attention is paid to the digital transformation process, which is having a revolutionary impact on traditional business models, and the specific challenges faced by SMEs. Real-world examples from Russian and international practice are provided, illustrating the processes of company adaptation and transformation. Based on the analysis, practical recommendations are formulated for SMEs transitioning to the digital economy.
