The development of the investment climate in the Arctic regions requires consideration of the specifics of socio-economic conditions, remoteness of infrastructure and climatic constraints. In conditions of low investment activity due to climatic, logistical and demographic constraints, large strategic companies play a special role in creating an attractive environment for investors. In the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), one of these companies is ALROSA, which is engaged in the exploration, production and sale of diamonds, diamond cutting, as well as a significant number of social and infrastructure projects. The purpose of this work is to assess the impact of ALROSA's activities on the investment attractiveness of the Arctic zone of Yakutia. The study examines ALROSA's financial results, the structure of investments by district (district), as well as the company's direct and indirect impact on infrastructure development. The results showed that due to the company's activities, there is an increase in investments in fixed assets and the expansion of social infrastructure in certain Arctic villages.
